Juliet Supper Club combines Todd English’s culinary expertise with nightlife impresario Jon B’s ability to create see-and-be-seen destinations. Named after the latter’s mother, Chelsea’s newest nighttime playground features decor that’s something like a Middle Eastern Studio 54, with mirrored mosaic floors, latticed ceilings and a psychedelic rainbow of color schemes. The menu, carefully crafted by English, offers Mediterranean-inspired delights such as raw tuna tabouleh, fire roasted Black Baba eggplant, and seared duck skewers with pomegranate syrup. Cocktails like the Burlesque Dancer and the Smooth Operator round out the menu, and bottle service begins after 11 pm.
